Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hour cancellation is required.
If less than 24 hour but more than 3 hrs, 50% of service will be charged.
If Less than 3 hour or a No Call No Show, 100% of service will be charged (100% Service Balance minus Deposit=Less than 3hr Charge or No Call No Show).
If you need to reach me in regards to your appointment PLEASE TEXT ME! DO NOT CALL AS I MAY BE WITH A CLIENTS!
Please schedule a Soak Off Service IF YOU ARE ONLY RECEIVING NAIL SERVICES AND YOU HAVE PRODUCT ON YOUR NAILS!
If you are feeling sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No Extra guest allowed if not being serviced.
When you arrive please notify via text (708-638-3680). I will give you the code to buzz you in and suite number and have you wash your hands.
Once appointment is booked you agree to the policy.
